Hôchû Ôtsuka was born on May 19, 1954 in Okayama, Japan. He is known for Kaze no tani no Naushika (1984), Gôkaijâ Goseijâ Sûpâ sentai 199 hîrô daikessen (2011) and Kidô butoden ji Gandamu (1994). He was previously married to Kazuko Yanaga.
