Joe, a New York native, became the Best Screenplay co-winner of the BlueCat Screenplay Competition 2018 for the comedic fantasy "Death of a Fool." He received the same recognition at the Sydney Indie Film Festival 2019 with "Meant to Be Broken," a bitingly dark comedy, and was nominated for the same honor at the Southeast Regional Film Festival 2019. Joe also wrote and directed "Reap," "Blood Falls," and "Parched 1 & 2," with the talented, thirsty crew of Parched Productions.
