Chris Aquilino

Chris Aquilino is an American actor, writer and producer from Ventura, California. In 2018, he joined the cast of HBO's Silicon Valley as "Danny" for its final two seasons. Chris also wrote on the Starz sci-fi sex comedy Now Apocalypse, created by cult indie filmmaker Gregg Araki, co-written by Vogue.com columnist Karley Sciortino, and executive produced by Steven Soderbergh and Greg Jacobs. On the show, he played the role of "Kai." He's known for other roles on Big Little Lies (HBO), Dead to Me (Netflix), Grace & Frankie (Netflix), and Jane the Virgin (CW). Chris played "Neil" in the psychological mockumentary thriller The Nowhere Inn (Sundance, SXSW 2020) with Carrie Brownstein and Annie Clark aka St. Vincent. He can also be seen in the upcoming COVID-era comedy feature Smile Or Hug from Justin Baldoni's Wayfarer Studios.
