
Gabriel Rhenals
Gabriel Rhenals is an award-winning filmmaker based in Miami, Florida. He was born in Boston, Massachusetts and later moved with his family to Miami, where he has lived for most of his life. From a very young age, he has been active in the visual arts.
Gabriel began making short films in 2002 and since then, he has written, produced, directed, shot and edited 16 short films. He has also written five feature-length screenplays. His short films have been exhibited at numerous film festivals, both domestic and international, and nationally distributed on the National Endowment for the Arts-funded PBS television show, film-maker.
Gabriel completed his first feature-length film, For My Sister, in 2019.
He is in post-production on his second feature film, State v. Unknown. (March 2022)
