Phi Vu

Phi Vu was born on November 21, 1991 in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is best known for his role as Ryan in the Blumhouse/Universal films Happy Death Day (2017) and Happy Death Day 2U (2019), directed by Christopher Landon. Originally slated to study in the medical field, Phi changed his course after realizing his passion and drive for dance. In 2010, he started studying dance by merely watching YouTube videos and practicing day and night in his bedroom without a mirror. His intensive training efforts paid off, as his dancing skills landed him a role in Perfect Pitch 2 in 2014. This experience shifted his focus and brought about his pursuit of acting in earnest. He now resides in Los Angeles, California with his wife and dog. Phi brings energy, comedy, and authenticity to the industry.
