Michael Baczor

Michael "HERO" Baczor was born in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, to Eileen Baczor, an art major, and Walter Baczor, an electrical engineer. He has one brother, Jeffrey Baczor, who is a drummer. After earning his audio engineering degree, he signed with Stronghold Music under the name D-NAX. His 5 song EP "Fusion Helix" was released worldwide and sold over 400,000 copies. Baczor's acting career began in 2004, when his athletic stature landed him a role in Invincible (2006). Movie work hasn't slowed down Baczor's music career, though - in between filming, he completed two tours promoting "Fusion Helix" and played several shows with Linkin Park. After a producer observed that Baczor looks more like a superhero than a rockstar, it became an inside joke - leading to Baczor changing his stage name from D-NAX to HERO. Baczor is slated to star as James Cash in the movie "Manhunt" based on the popular video game "Manhunt" by Rockstar Games. Meanwhile, HER0's new album "The Creation" is set to be released in 2021.
