She is one of Top 30 young managers under 30 years old, Best Young Media Manager 2012-2016, became the best director of the year 2017 of the Teletriumph Award. X-Ray Marketing Awards Ksenia become «Breakthrough of the Year. Her project were adapted by FOX and sold for Amazone Prime,Start and Fox. In 2018 she founded a production company WOW OSCAR STUDIO, which is working right now on the first co-production film in 2020 with Megogo Studio.

UNCUT is a comedy mockumentary about a group of young filmmakers who decide to document their process of filmmaking to understand their mistakes. The camera captures more than just the process. The story follows the members of a production house and captures their lives candidly. It's fun for the most part but it gets real too. There are love brewing and conflict-rising scenes all at the same time and of course, there is a shoot to attend to. After a lot of failures, will this team make their dream project or will this just be another learning project?
