Chandramohan was born on 23 May 1945 in Pamidimukkala, Madras Province, British India. He was an actor, known for Kurukshetramu (1977), Padaharella Vayasu (1978) and Holi (2002). He died on 11 November 2023 in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
