Nitya Mathur is an Indian actress and theatre artist from Mumbai, India. She made her digital debut as Young Ayah in Netflix's 'The Fame Game' (2022), followed by her film debut as Ira in 'Blurr' (2022). She is best known for her role as Shazia in the acclaimed series 'Taaza Khabar' (2023), where her performance earned her widespread recognition. She'll next be seen embracing comedy in her role as Joelle in 'And Cut' (2024). In addition to her screen roles, Nitya has also featured in and as 'Madhubala' for Amit Trivedi's music video (2020), which marked a turning point in her career. Off-screen, Nitya's passion for theatre has seen her grace prestigious stages like Prithvi Theatre and Royal Opera House.
