Pascal Ulli
Pascal Ulli's first appearance on a big screen was 1996 in "Nacht der Gaukler" as Klaus Koska. For this performance he was nominated with 15 other young European actors as Star of Tomorrow at the 9th International Film Festival in Geneva.... and he won the audience award as best promising European actor.
In 2015 Pascal was nominated for the Swiss oscar (Swiss film prize Quartz) for his performance as drug addict Ueli in "Der Goalie bin ig". For this role he lost 15 kilos in two months.
Pascal Ulli speaks English, German and French fluently. He was born 1969 in Bern, Switzerland. After graduating from college he was trained in New York, USA at the renowned H.-B. Studio under the direction of Uta Hagen. There he got in touch with the American art of acting and he decided to devote all his inspiration and energy to Method Acting.
Ulli was founder and producer of the OFFOFF Bühne (winner of the Impulse-Preis '98), and he is producer of Independent Theater Produktionen and spielplatzfilme .
Ulli has worked for over 30 years as actor, producer and director. He played in over 50 films and he can be seen regularly on stages in Switzerland.
Pascal Ulli is married to Sibylla Ulli and has two children: Maxim and Manon.
