Ashish Kumar is a theater actor who has been active in many street plays and stage plays for years. And during his time in theatre, he got a chance to play a small role of a theater activist in the movie Chhapaak "(2020). And he decided to come to Mumbai and after giving auditions for years, he got a Reliance Entertainment movie the purvanchal files(2023) in which he got a chance to work with Govind Namdev, Zarina Wahab and Mukesh Tiwari sir. And some time ago, director Mr. Sanoj Mishra sir offered me a role for "The Diary of West Bengal"(2024), in which I played the role of a journalist.
